These terms govern access to and use of The AI Bot Roast podcast automation application. By connecting an account or using the application, you agree to these terms.

Authorised use

The application is intended for its authorised administrator and approved users. You must not attempt to access administrative features, credentials, source data, or generated media without permission.

Connected services

The application depends on third-party services including Google, Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs. Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and policies. Service availability, quotas, pricing, and functionality may change independently of The AI Bot Roast.

Content and editorial responsibility

Generated scripts, artwork, audio, summaries, and other materials may contain errors. The authorised administrator is responsible for reviewing content and ensuring that its collection, generation, publication, and use comply with applicable laws, licences, and third-party rights.

Availability

The application is provided on an as-available basis. No guarantee is made that automation, external APIs, scheduled publishing, or generated content will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the application owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the application, third-party service failures, generated content, or publication decisions.

These terms may be updated when the application or its legal obligations change. The updated date above will identify the current version.
